Things you give us: When you create an account, buy something, or send us a message, we collect your name, email, and payment details. Payments go through secure processors like Razorpay. We never see or store your full card numbers.
Things we pick up automatically: When you use our products, we may collect basic usage data like your device type, browser, and how you interact with the product. This helps us understand what's working and what needs fixing.
Cookies: We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how our products are used. You can turn these off in your browser settings if you prefer.
How we use it
We use your information to run our products, process your purchases, respond when you reach out, improve things that aren't working well, and send you updates if you've opted in. We don't use your data for anything shady. That's a promise.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. Period. We share information only with the services we need to run our business (payment processors, analytics tools) and they're required to keep your data safe. We'll also hand over information if the law requires it, but that's never happened so far.
How we protect it
We use industry standard security measures to keep your information safe. That said, nothing on the internet is bulletproof, so we can't guarantee absolute security. But we take it as seriously as you'd want us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it. When you stop using our products or ask us to delete your data, we do. Simple as that.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what data we have on you, fix anything that's wrong, or delete it entirely. You can also opt out of marketing emails anytime. Just email us at support@aevonsystems.com and we'll sort it out.
Children
Our products aren't built for anyone under 18. If we find out we've collected data from a minor, we delete it immediately.
Changes
We might update this policy occasionally. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If it's a big change, we'll let you know.
