These terms apply when you use any product, app, extension, website, or service built by Aevon Systems. By using our stuff, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, that's completely fine, but please don't use our services.
Using our products
You need to be at least 18 to use our products. Use them for legal purposes only. Keep your login details safe and don't share them with anyone. Everything that happens under your account is your responsibility.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some of our products are free, some are paid. Paid products may be one time purchases or recurring subscriptions. Prices and features can change over time. If you're on a subscription, you'll be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. When you cancel, it takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose access midway.
Payments
All payments go through secure payment processors like Razorpay. By purchasing from us, you also agree to the payment processor's terms. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless we mention otherwise. Any applicable taxes are your responsibility.
Our intellectual property
Everything we build belongs to Aevon Systems. That includes the software, the design, the code, the content, and the branding. You're welcome to use our products as intended, but you can't copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of them without getting written permission from us first.
Your content
If any of our products let you upload or create content, that content is still yours. But by using our product to store or process it, you give us permission to handle it as needed to keep the service running. What you submit is your responsibility, so make sure you have the right to share it.
Things you shouldn't do
Don't use our products for anything illegal. Don't try to hack into our systems or other people's accounts. Don't reverse engineer our software. Don't use bots to scrape data from our products. Don't try to break things on purpose. Basically, use our products the way they're meant to be used.
Availability and warranties
We work hard to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime or that things will always be perfect. Our products are provided as they are. We're not responsible for any losses that come from using our products or from them being temporarily unavailable. We know this sounds like boring legal talk, but it's standard stuff.
Account termination
If you break these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or shut down your account. We'd rather not, but we will if we have to. You can also close your own account anytime by reaching out to us.
Updates to these terms
We might update these terms from time to time. When we do, the new version goes live on this page with an updated date. If you keep using our products after the change, that means you're okay with the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there's ever a legal dispute, it will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
