QuickShot is a Chrome extension by Aevon Systems. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we collect and store your email address (for account identification), display name and profile picture (for display within the extension), and subscription status (to manage Pro plan access).
Data We Do Not Collect
Screenshots are captured and processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers. We do not collect browsing history, page content, or any information about the websites you visit. We do not store your Google password or full Google account credentials. We do not collect credit card or payment details. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Permissions Explained
activeTab: Required to capture a screenshot of the currently visible webpage. scripting: Required to scroll the page during full page capture. storage: Required to store your usage count and session data locally on your device. identity: Required to enable Google Sign In for account management.
Third Party Services
Google OAuth: Used for sign in. We receive your basic profile info (name, email, picture) from Google. Supabase: Our database provider, used to store user accounts and subscription status. Razorpay: Payment processor for Pro plan upgrades. We never see or store your card details.
Data Security
Your data is stored securely with encryption. All communication between the extension and our servers uses HTTPS. We implement industry standard security measures to protect your information.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, email us at aevonsystems@gmail.com and we will remove all your data within 7 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
